Remember to Relax















Meditation and mindfulness promote health and peace. 
Happiness and calmness. 


When practicing mindfulness, one must remember 
to maintain attention on the chosen object of awareness, 
faithfully returning back to refocus on that object when 
the mind wanders from it.
