Inspirations from Provincetown, MA

Located at the very tip of Cape Cod, Provincetown juts out into the Atlantic Ocean. It's even considered by many to be the Cape’s third island. It has a life uniquely its own, steeped in history. It's a cosmopolitan community renowned internationally for its diversity and cultural sophistication.

Once one of the most productive whaling and fishing ports on the East Coast, today it is homeport to whale watching fleets and its many whale watching visitors.

By the mid 1970s a big number of the gay community began moving to Ptown even though homosexuality has been prevalent there as early as the turn of the last century with the introduction of the artists' colony. Drag queens could be seen performing as early as the 1940s.

If you ever find yourself in PTown, Commercial Street is the place to  be. It's an eclectic mix of stores, restaurants and clubs. Along its length you'll find Bars & Restaurants, Housewares and Home Decor, Art Galleries, and Souvenir Shops. A shoppers paradise.

Ptown is one of our very favorite places.
